The German-Polish House is the most significant project to address German-Polish relations within the framework of German commemorative policy. The main objective of the German-Polish House is to commemorate the victims of the German occupation of Poland during World War Two. In addition, it will illustrate the various ways in which the history of the two countries has been intertwined before 1939 and after 1945.
